It's wonderful to hear from those who appreciate our bodies just as they are and find perfection in our imperfections. The world we live in is vain. We are often subjected to criticism and shamed for our imperfections, for not fitting some unattainable ideal of perfection. Even the most exquisite models are airbrushed and photoshopped before being displayed to the public. It really is a tragedy. Insecurities are born from the pressure to fit the idealistic mold. Plastic surgery offers a solution. The price may be high, but to walk away with a new sense of confidence and increased self love is worth the thousands spent for many.
While your preference is for the natural beauty a woman possesses, there are just as many who rise at the enhancements surgery has to offer. Neither are wrong. To each their own!
And I don’t/never did really care for the debate of “natural” vs “fake”.
Whatever it takes for you to be your happiest, feel free to do it. There are women who get breast implants because they are outright unhappy with what they have, and others who get them because even though they’re content they feel there’s room for improvement. And, not to say that you are doing this (as I recognize that this is just you sharing your thoughts on the topic for the sake of discussion, not an indictment against anyone who has breast implants), but I wish people would stop trying to tell other people what they need/don’t need to do to themselves or otherwise pushing their own agenda of attraction onto others.
Nope, not all of them are beautiful. I speak from experience, for I have met quite a few unattractive ones. (I am sorry to be the jerk who shouts "emperor is naked" and spoils everybody's fun).
Back to topic: I prefer naturals whether they are small or big due to the feel factor until they sag due to aging. Once the gravity exacts vengeance on a pair, it is time to enlist professional help.
..I don't see the sense in maligning augmented breasts. They are no more "fake" than the people they are attached to. And whether someone gets breast implants due to medical, gender identity, or sheer vanity related reasons, it's really only that person's business.
I definitely agree with Lena, while both of us have natural D's, it is truly neither other escort's or client's business why people choose to get implants. Several of my friend have implants and I love the way they feel on them.
Next to eyes, to me boobs are my favorite feature in a ladies body. I love all kinds of boobs. Small boobs, huge boobs, implants, natural.
To be honest, I do prefer larger nipples, easier to play with, but nipple size is never a deal killer. I have seen some fantastic nips on B and even A cup, and some tiny ones on D cups. Nipples know no cup size.

I have always gone back and forth about this issue. I was not blessed with large ones, but instead quite small. Especially when I am skinnier, they are much smaller. So, I go through periods where I am considering getting them enhanced. But, I have always decided not to, 1, because every single gent I've spoken to about it says not to do it 2, I saw someone who started out with beautiful perky natural breasts, and when she got them done they looked worse than when she started, and 3, it seems like you will stand out more if you are natural these days because everyone is going under the knife. I am also quite scared of surgery in general, and don't think it is worth taking the chance of something bad happening just to be bigger. So, at this moment- I am keeping what I was given, and loving every tiny bit. 
The other side is you need to keep going larger because they stretch the skin and eventually either need to be replaced or you need to be re-cut. Natural is better even if small and perky or misshaped or a little saggy. But again that is only my opinion. I understand why women would want them for confidence and how you would look better in clothing. I just prefer natural.
It has been several years since we saw each other, but I do recall you have a great rack. My vote is leave them alone. IMHO

In my opinion, i'd rather have tiny natural boobs than fake ones. Boobs are meant to come in all shapes and sizes, not in balloon shape. There is nothing in the world better than the feel of a natural breast. Sorry, the plastic surgery industry thrives off of insecure women who just cannot accept their body. I also think men who like fake ones are as equally shallow as the ladies who get them.
Fake boobs to me shows a woman who isn't comfortable with her body, possibly has confidence issues, and will likely not be that great of a provider. Of course there are exceptions, but they are few and far between. The only one I can think of is bebedoll, who just exists on another level. There's plenty of women who like to advertise 34DDD or whatever, you click on the ad and just disappointment that the one thing they choose to advertise is fake. Own your shape, ladies.
In my experiences, nothing makes a great provider great more than comfort in her own skin. Fake is fake, whether they are boobs or not. I'll stick to real. This debate has been had for a long time and is purely subjective.

Funny - I do think one dilemma for women is that boobs are a real eye catcher day in and day out (if I am representative of men 🤠). Are actually my favorite kind. I'm sure there's a study to be done there, but natural hanging boobs are the best in my opinion. Though I do appreciate the honesty of the origjnal post, and do have a preference for natural, I do appreciate the commitment a professional makes to make herself, well... let’s be honest, marketable. It’s not necessary they do it for my taste. But I do appreciate the earnest effort.
That said, there is one ‘kind’ of fake that does it for me. I was, with a lovely woman OUTSIDE the hobby. This was an old high school friend, who was a crush back then.
