END OF MESSAGE

Saw a provider's post on BP that said she was already reviewed and provided her TER ID. However, the resulting review indicated that she already had a review. Really? Where? Also, she asks that responders send a photo. She doesn't provide a contact email or number so there's nothing else to search by.

Does this sound questionable to anyone else?

If you have to ask then you already have the answer. Gut instinct my man. A photo? For what? Granted we like to know who is showing up but that's what verification services are for.

Let me rant a bit here to possibly save you your private life. I know men will complain about having to sign up/ pay for a verification service but the deal is, is that it cuts down on the amount of people that have your information. So, if her retort about the photo is because she wants to verify through her peephole in the door that it's really you standing there, you can say "but I'm registered with (enter verification service) so you can just check my ID to make sure it aligns with my verification info I just gave".

If I were a hobbiest I would never see a woman who didn't use either rs2k or something similar. Too iffy.

I was a little hesitant to say anything because I know it's been said a million times over. I'm also pretty damn sure people are iffy and what not about me "appearing" upon the scene without reviews and the list goes on. Regardless I can't stand by and see something possibly regrettable take place.

As a provider I use only verification services so I don't have the added extra hassle of asking a bazillion questions to another provider who quite frankly doesn't need to know what me and her fleeting romantic partner are planning on doing ;) instead of them doing something together. It just causes drama upon drama sometimes.

The only time I ever say a word (people do email asking for references) is if they are assuming I'm another Natalie Rose (among 3 other ladies I apparently look just like.). If I ever contact another provider it's strictly based upon someone's actions like a fetish client who says his limits are boundless. That frightens me and is a huge no - no in the world of S&M so I always ask the last one whom he played with what his REAL limits are so that I can play along in the fantasy. I still hate doing that and it's rare.

Play safe and remember if it doesn't feel right to you then don't go or don't participate any further. Do what the rest of us do, put them in your email filter so it goes directly to delete and you aren't bothered any longer. I do this with anyone who's crossed a line in an email (sorry to give the secret away), it's less to upset me or worry me.

Use Gmail as a secure server and above all else, just wait around to see if anyone else reviews her. I myself was UTR for a long long time and I hated reviews, sadly being above the radar means I require them but I'm rather specific in what is shared to keep my personal life sacred.

Be careful

Excellent. Thanks for all of the advice, folks. You've helped to confirm what I already felt was the right move.
