I was just wondering about the safety of providers who advertise on RS2K and Backpage, but have zero reviews on TER.  Can I assume that anyone that advertises on RS2K is safe and not LE?  I know that Backpage ads can be anyone, so I would only see providers who have been TER reviewed. Any thoughts?

That's a given.  Does RS2K do background checks on the providers as well?

RS2K does more "hands on" type verification than other services. I don't think the proprietor of RS2K would allow a lady to continue to use a fake pic if a guy complained. IMHO, RS2K is much safer than just an ad site, but that doesn't guarantee service.

Backpage is like the wild west. Caveat Emptor.

I am pretty sure that both of these sites require references for providers - references from other providers, I think, but not completely sure on that. So you can be sure that at the time a provider originally listed they were not LE. My opinion is that it is very unlikely that there is any bait and switch on either site, but you may get old pictures, or pictures that conceal a bad feature.

One thing I have been wondering about: how often/how likely is it that LE turns a provider? I read about people worrying about this, and it seems like using someone's identity on one of the screening sites or here would be very dangerous, but it also seems like if the goal of LE is to build some numbers and get some local busts, just running some BP ads showing a hot 19yo would be a lot easier and quicker.

I seem to remember some comments in passing about a NWI provider being turned, but I wonder if that was providing evidence or actually working as a sting. Obviously not looking for specifics just curious what people have heard in general. Or any good story you want to share.

My 6 1/2 cents since I've gone through a few lessons along the way...

Rule numbers 1 through 277: No matter where you see the ad, always be cautious with no reviews. If you haven't developed a Spidey sense yet, don't TOFTT. There could be a few reasons behind no reviews so once you learn how to navigate the "mine field" stick with reviewed girls.

To expand a little on some other replies, I can speak to P411 in that any misrepresentation from a provider is looked at seriously and have seen providers get booted off. And yes they do verify providers, albeit a tad different than they do us, but they are serious about keeping a safe community for everyone.

Can't speak to RS2K but I assume it's very similar. I heard the verification process is about the same but I've been so happy with P411 I've not had a need to also do RS2K. Not saying it's unequivocally better, just not had a need to this point. I'm glad the folks running these places are out there.
