As much as I hate to admit it, the people here who say RS2K has fake pics are right.angry_smile

The reason I hate to admit it is because I'd like to think the best of people, but I'm also a realist and my days of naivete are long behind me.  I've also had very pleasant interactions with the RS2K staff, as she has been very helpful in the past.  To put it simply, I was under the impression it was a respectable Chicago area company. Now, I'm not so sure.

I don't want to bore anyone with the details, so I'll just say that I have now seen two providers who have pics on there that are fake.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure RS2K claims to not allow fake pics by always checking submitted pics for ads with drivers licenses/IDs.  Well, I call B.S. on this.  It seems to me (I acknowledge that I could be wrong and I hope I am) that RS2K will list an ad as long as someone is willing to pay them.  

Here are a few questions. I'm still a newbie, so for the veterans out there, has RS2K always allowed fake pics?  Or is this a recent thing?

I'm tempted to complain to RS2K about this provider using fake pics, but I'm not sure it's worth it, because they just may not give a crap.  So, is it worth it to complain to RS2K about this provider or would it just be a waste of time?

RS2K is very respected and is valued in the highest opinion in Chicago and other states. Like a few have already said, contact Cathy and let her know. It is not her job to research every provider that she verifies to publish on her site. It is YOUR job as a hobbyist to do your own research on a particular lady you wish to see.

Making a blanket statement saying, it's true that RS2K has fake pics, is foolish at best.

Let me clarify. I'm not saying that ALL pics on RS2K are fake.  If I gave anyone that impression, I apologize, because that was not my intent.  Besides, my current ATF advertises there and her pics are definitely NOT fake.

   Instead of yet another nonsensical thread on this board with nothing but nonsense why don't you actually name the girls with the fake pictures and make your thread worth something???

I agree, name the girls. But, are you also aware that some girls work for more than one agency and the same pics are used ? For example, Monica from Chicago Cover Girls now has an ad on RS2000. The same pic is used for a girl named Lisa on the webpage of an agency banned by TER (can't name the agency), and they are well known for using fake pics.

I understand your point, and if you want to think I'm not sure the pics are fake myself, you are more than entitled to your opinion.  She was not the person in the pics. It's as simple as that.

You know, I really try not to be a person who causes too much drama, and by starting this thread, I've already started more drama than I'd like ( I knew this would probably happen, though, and I take full responsibility for it).  Ideally, I'd like to help my fellow hobbyists whenever possible, but I also have to look out for myself.  My main concern is it getting back to the provider that I exposed the fact that her pics are fake, and she somehow retaliating against me. After all, she screened me and has some personal info on me.

Now, is it still possible that it could get back to the provider if I only tell people via pm?  Sure.  But the chances of it happening skyrocket if I just out her here on the board.

I understand if you think I'm being lame, and I guess I can't blame you for thinking that.  But as I said, I also need to look out for my own interests as well.  As much as I wish I could, I can't please everyone.

you could get on here and claim that Angel or one of the other girls came to your hotel, punched u in the nuts and ran off with your money and I would have no way of figuring out who u are by your screening info.  Hello!  You are making yourself look more and more like you are full of shit!

How do we know that you are not just some clown that could not get a membership to rs2k and this is your sick psycho way of getting back at them?

There is probably a thread every couple days with some girl who has fake pics.  It is even a category in reviews.  The fact that you are under an alias and still afraid just baffles me.  

I took a quick skim and Lisa Moore definitely has fake pics, but I think that's been known already.

To answer your question if this is recent... I've noticed it for a while now... so no.  There have been topics on this here before actually.  You should contact Cathy and I'm sure she'll get to the bottom of it.  I do believe that they try to make sure they put up legitimate ladies.  

But I would say in general, always do your research.  To me, RS2K is a tool to verify that the girl has gone through a screening process to reduce the risk of LE.  All bets are off after that.  You aren't guaranteed that she won't rip you off or that she'll look like her pics.  That's the way I approach it anyway.

Sit down, take the time and write a review of the girl in question and in the body of the review, mention that the pics were not her and/or if she already has a profile and if it does not already say it in the profile, do a problem report and tell them that her photos are not accurate.

In defense of Cathy, the purpose of getting a photo id is to satisfy the legal end of the business that she is not putting under aged people on her site.  I couldn't tell you how many times I have seen a persons photo on their id or dl and it looked nothing like them.  Cathy could I guess, send somebody out to meet each and every advertised girl and triple or quadruple the cost of her ads.

Finally, many girls use pics that are not them but that share a very strong resemblence to them, so they don't have to put their picture of themselves on the internet for the world to gander.

Cathy's job is to make sure, for your safety, the girl is in fact a provider.  Next, she is supposed to sell the girl an ad because in case you had not noticed, in addition to the other wonderful services that rs2k provides, they are an advertising venue for escorts.  Whether they are a good provider or not is for the hobbyists at large to figure out, not her and whether her pics are accurate or not is not her job.....PERIOD!

So, in summary.... write a review and/or a problem report and/or get on here and put a link to the girls in question.  But do this only if her pics are not her and also not an accurate representation of her....PERIOD!

Thanks for the helpful explanation and info.  That helps clarify things.  I very well may write a review in the near future,  even though I was initially leaning against it.  If I do write one, It was suggested to let some time pass, as TER rules states that we have 90 days from the date of the encounter to write the review.  I forgot about the "problem report" feature, so thanks for mentioning that.  I'll get started on one of those immediately.  Thanks again!

Don't waste your time. As long as the fee is paid RS2K could care less.
Just do your research with perusing the reviews and find someone who fits the bill.

You should contact them.  I saw an add for a new lady that said she was used RS2k.  Something about the add did not sit well with me, so I contacted RS2k and they had no knowledge of her, and said they would contact her.  Soon after the add dissapeared and has not resurfaced.  I think they try and do their best, but sometimes things slip through.
