Typically, I'm best in situations where I'm not in a position of power, but rather, subordinate, like, student in a student/teacher, or secretary.

Role play is a ton of fun, but it really depends on what you're interested in. The more open and honest you can be concerning what kind of scene you're looking for (doctor/patient, teacher/student, boss/secretary, etc.), the easier. 
I have only done the basics, but it can be so fun! I'll tell you a story....
When I was a teenager, my boyfriends dad was a cop. So one day I'm in his room in the basement and he left for a LONG TIME. He usually only did this to poop. So I went upstairs and he wasn't in the downstairs bathroom which is the only one he ever used. So I was like "huh. Wierd". And I go back downstairs and am watching TV next thing I know.... He comes in the room in a cop uniform IN TOTAL CHARACTER! And I jumped in and played along too. It was SO HOT!!
What an awesome surprise. Totally hot.

Haha! Guys thanks for all of your responses.... It was very fun. HE was a very sexually adventurous guy which was great for me because I was a baby and had just lost my virginity so he introduced me to many things.
I don't remember if he had a night stick- but I think he did. I do know for a fact, that he had the cuffs!!!!!

My first nurse role was just before I left the Carolinas. He'd bought me a little costume. Took some warming up, but by the end I think I exceeded my patient's expectations.
I was a dirty little nurse, and he was a very good patient.

Medical play is definitely a favorite of mine; I keep a small arsenal of medical things around, including hospital gowns (back from when I was in art school; those were the days!) to make my patients really feel like patients. It really helps me get into character, and it seems to help the those that I play with, too. I love being the doctor who gives annual check-ups. It's way way fun.
My reviews speak more loudly than I can in that regard.

Alot of role play is fun. Nurse/Patient, the Interview for my ASSistant, sensual domination among others are all a blast. The only ones I really don't get into personally are where I am submissive(which I am not, ever) or incest type which just freaks me out. Is it a strong point being able to step into a role at times and make it believable, I think so. I have had friends who just can't stop laughing, kinda breaks the mood. Heck, last week I even had a double where I led the guy in for a sensual domination double where he was blindfolded the whole time by me, so he never got to see who the other provider was. It was hot!
Best to find the right lady who can really step into the role, sometimes that is most easily done by figuring out your roleplay and going from there with someone who is into that particular one. The more used to that role they are, the more natural it will feel which makes a difference. Also gage the personality. Like say, I am naturally slightly aggressive so can take on the more aggressive or dominate roles where as the more submissive are not ones I can pull off. However then you have Bebedoll who is naturally submissive and she can morph into just about anything you want or need and it is her thing simply because she is doing what you are telling her to do. It is all in trying to match up the proper role and form of either top or bottom with the right provider.

first of all I would like to thank every single one of you for chiming in on this topic it's always so much help to hear other opinions very grateful for that. but most of all the gorgeous women who can fulfill these desires and dreams I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wanted to run a scenario pass some of you... what do you think about role playing in regards to this scenario me coming in as a personal trainer and you as my prospective client and of course I would have to do my evaluation and if you like I can do measurements stretching ..
