Having songs to sing to also helps the long drives as well. Also, there's nothing like hearing a blaring accordion to help keep you awake.  

PS - Bring me some BBQ back from Kansas City please! Haha

I have had a lot of time to think about this lately because I have been on a road trip from home to Kansas City to Denver to South Dakota, and soon to be home.  I have been listening to a lot of XM and Spotify, so I have been hearing a wide variety of music, comedy, and audio books.  What does everyone else like to do while stuck in a car for hour on end?  I also like doing a few selfies in the car from time to time

I like a variety of things, books on CD, nonfiction.  Motley Crue is my ATF along with various rock and heavy metal bands.  If I'm learning to play certain songs, I crank them up and listen to them over and over again.

I've been know, on a warm summer day, to have the top down on the car, in a bikini top, driving through pretty scenery, rockin' Mozart.

Currently loving the new Ray LaMontane, Arcade Fire, Beck 94-2015, LCD Soundsystem ( I'll be Coachella bound soon) , and my favorite jam band that I'll hit a dozen or so shows this summer!
