At what point does a female provider decide that either her advancing agent pushing her status into a mid-aged provider or a provider that has lost control of her weight and body structure and has become too overweight and less desired by male mongers. Do honest girls like this just retire from the career since they are not very attractive as providers?

Personally, me and my friends do not want to see providers past their prime that have lost their looks and bodies for a guy willing to pay good money. Its sad to see an ugly possibly overweight woman in her 50s offer dates for a low rate with high risk mongers.

I guess you know all the answers.

Man, I know providers over 50 that would knock your socks off.  Remember, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.  Some men like well-rounded women other like slim women.  Some men like large breasts while others believe smaller is sexier.  Plus, there are provides who will not see hobbyists under 35.  I have tried the younger providers and the more mature providers and prefer the more mature lady.

I won't see anyone under 30, with very few exceptions. Many ladies under 30 are self-centered, caring nore about their appearance than about their client. Yes, there are exceptions. We refer to them as 9s and 10s.

In my experience, the older the lady, the more focused she is on her companion. And I know some over-50 ladies who have better figures and prettier faces than most 30-35 year olds.

I prefer women over 30, I would love to spend some quality time with a older girl.

OK, we agree the OP is a moron, or at least pretending to be one.  But, to try to actually answer his question (from my very, very limited knowledge), it would vary with each individual lady.  The three biggest factors would be ability to continue to obtain business at what they view to be a "reasonable" rate, a lady's personal financial situation and alternative options for making money, and how much she continues to like or dislike working in the business.  In short, the same reasons anyone would leave any personal, service oriented business or profession.  Why would it be different for a provider?

From what I have seen on ad sites and boards, rates clearly tend to drop after a lady turns 40 or so (there are exceptions), and I suspect that that is due to an overall demand/preference on the part of hobbyists for younger or at least younger looking women.  A lot of men are looking for traditional arm candy.  Is this short sighted on the part of those hobbyists?  I  think so (I have my own biases towards PYT's, although I'm evolving), but they have a right to be attracted to whomever they want for whatever reasons they want.  One of many problems with the OP is that he seems to think everyone should share his own preferences.
