I know the agency / independent question has been asked, answered, debated on various and sundry regional boards and general discussion boards. I just feel like raising it again.  Most of my activity has been with independents and if I needed to scratch an itch that day I would go to someone on craigslist. I never had a problem with it, and if I got a bad vibe I would walk away.  

With all of the LE activity going on, I plan on staying away from craigslist unless it is someone that I know is legit from reviews etc.  

However when I wish to see someone on short notice I imagine an agency would come in handy.  Specifically I am interested in MTA, the women seem to be well reviewed and they are absolutely hot.  My concern with agencies is that they can be targeted by LE and in a bust all the records can be confiscated.  In some cities they have published client lists of agencies.  With an independent there is much less risk of disclosure than with an agency.

How comfortable should patrons be in giving verification information to an agency?

and BTW, thank you for the plug.  You are right, the ladies are hot and they are very good at what they do!

As far as your deciding to walk away from CL, I think that is your smartest move and I also think you are fortunate that you have not been busted already.  As far as going with the "vibes" you get.....not a very smart way to engage in this.

Regarding independents vs agencies, the risk factor is the same.  If an independent gets busted and has your name on a list, who cares that she has a smaller list.... your name is on it

From my perspective agencies are a much bigger risk than Independents from an LE direction.  Mainly because they are bigger target and has a much better chance of having a client list exposed.

With an independent it has to be that particular woman who is caught.  with an agency it can be 'any' woman who works for them.  It just seems like a much greater chance of being caught and when one is caught its a much bigger net.

I may be foolhardy but I really do think my vibes are pretty good on c-list but for now it isn't worth the risk. I've gotten my gems on c-list but to be honest no where as hot as your women, some duds, but no real rip offs.

the safest way is to join rs2k.  Besides, I will more than likely, not accept any ladies you found on CL as a reference anyway and neither will most independent quality ladies.

Mike, are you telling me that rs2k keeps our identities off your "books"?  It seems to me that it shouldn't be that hard for you to have some effective security in your records...and give us meaningful assurances in that regard.  I'm sure it would be great for your business.

One missed 'check in' can make a certain data card get 'lost' or 'damaged' with an agency... depending on how much in advance they CYA to this type of thing.

save anything from rs2k because it takes about 5 minutes to verify someone from rs2k and they are available from 9AM til about 10 PM for verifications.

rs2k is the safest for everyone!

I am not sure that being a member of rs2k is a crime by itself.   Sounds like thin legal ice.  I joined rs2k b/c I just like to watch two girl shows.  I got tired of being hassled when ever I called to make an appointment with a lady so here I am a rs2k member. ;-)

However unlikely, there is always the risk that RS2K could be forced or persuaded to disclose information to LE or other sources.

Even if RS2K is not the target of an investigation, it could be compelled to produce information in response to a subpoena or warrant from LE.  Same goes for a civil suit.  

It is also possible that whoever runs RS2K could run into personal trouble with LE or the IRS and divulge information as part of a resolution.  

Keep in mind, my only point is that the risk is still there, however greatly reduced. Presumably, the risk is much less than providing personal info to multiple agencies and providers or not screening at all.

Even with a GWB loaded Supreme Court there is still a Fourth Amendment prohibiting search and seizure without a warrant.  I can't imagine anything RS2k might bed doing that would give LE probable cause for a warrant.
The other thing is that RSk2 has everything to lose.  Leak one name and they're out of business.

RS2K doesn't have to commit a crime to be compelled to disclose information. PC for a warrant or subpoena may be based on someone else's conduct.  For example, LE can obtain your cell phone records, bank records, etc. from third parties as evidence to be used against you.    

RS2K seems like the safest and most effective way to reduce risk, and they have been around for a while. I'm not saying don't sign up (RS2K sounds like one of the best things you can do), I'm just saying you should understand the risk.

You should definitley give Mike a call.  Very easy to work with as long as your RS2k verified.  You see the rate on the site, so there's never a need to mention anything about money.  I've seen Geanna before and she surpassed her reviews and Im sure the other ladies will as well.  Good luck pal, I plan on calling Mike 85% of the time I feel the urge to cheat on my wife (the other 15% are for the unhappily married women out there).
