The Sunday Chicago Sun Times reported today that Sheriff Dart has started to implemement the new law, by vigorously going after "customers of prostitutes". He is also planning on assisting the End Demand groups in obtaining their share of any fines collected by the court>> Here we go!!!!!!!!!!
So my advise would be to stick with well known providers, ones that you do a search on and only come up with ads. If there has been info about someone being busted before, be leary. If you see info about persons getting busted, post it, share it BC, and make sure it is on the hobbists board. This is time to listen to your gut.
Many of you bitch about complying with screening, right now minimal screening could lead you to a very bad place even if the girl is known. Note I said could. It is likely cops might try to bust a girl who only minimally screens and use her to get more guests, we all know that has happened and it is likely to continue. Not trying to make you paranoid, trying to give you more info.
Last thing, follow your gut not your cock. If something doesn't feel right, if you gut is eating at you then cancel. This is not the time to enter blindly, or go against your gut. Be careful, Sage
While the debates over the severity of the law has been discussed exhaustively, my approach to seeing a lady has not changed. I screen each lady that I have an interest in via back channel as well as TER reviews and website presence. This will not change from my vantage point as I also advocate for the lady to screen me as well to verify that the experience will be an enjoyable one. I have never seen (nor will I see) a lady from BP, CL or CV. I feel if I stay focused on the ladies that are in this business as professionals I decrease the chances of a bad encounter. I also like to banter via emails/text messaging before a session to get to know the lady, and vice versa. In the end, stay safe and be smart how you approach a new rendezvous!
The key is to stay low profile. Some ladies dont even advertise but still have regular clients, ladies need to cut down to on how many they see in a day in a hotel, my biggest worry is Hotel staff getting suspicious and calling LE. Thats the reason Agencies should be more careful when they use the Hotels for Incall. LE will even try to infiltrate these Agencies too since thats the big Headline News for them.. CL are the easiest targets for them too ....I am out of it already just too much risk at the moment...
Hello,
Like you I would will to read everything and know what is going on. I have taken steps to avoid using Hotels all together not unless it is a regular of mine all the way down by Indiana. I believe that LE is targeting more toward the street walkers but the Agencies would be a higher price tag.
I am sorry to hear that you have taken the step of no longer playing in the HOBBY. I wish you would reconsider visited with some of the well known providers out there. I do understand that you have a lot to lose but we as providers also can lose a lot. It is a two handed process, right needs to play with the Left to make it work right. Not unless, you are playing with yourself.....lol .. then it is single handed.
Thank you so much for your valued opinion on this subject.

Looks like they talking more about street walkers, CL and cops posing as prostitutes...
The johns they going to bust have hardly 100 in their pockets and they expecting to fine them with 2000 get real...
I still don't think they have the means to bust Agencies or high end Escorts.. they might be able to do one just to scare other away... It takes a lot to infiltrate them and LE goes for easy targets on CL and BP..

Who hasn't heard about MC bust, that was more of a Federal bust then a local sting. MC become too big and they have to go down. Some time it takes year to gather info and do these kinds of bust, FBI, INS, IRS, DEA and many more agencies were involved, they have very severe charges against them prostitution might be the least worry for them.
I am not saying they wont move against the Agencies but they need lot of planning and some Detective work to infiltrate them and a local LE don't have these kinds of resources available all the time. they like to go to a street and bust johns all night long so easy and so visible..Agencies Girls get busted too but we never find that out because the girl get replaced by a new one next day..They need solid proof to move against the Agency owner and if they don't have it they wont even bother calling them.
Will that approach change with the new stiffer penalties is any body guess... Stay Safe and use your Hand and upper Head ![]()
If that's what MC refers to, that bust had nothing to do with the new law. Besides, I highly doubt one local sheriff has the time and resources to take down an international agency.
How can End Demand get a share of the fines? Is that legal?
I know that in some conversations I've been a privy to, some end demand/john schools allot some of the fines towards programs that benefit victims of trafficking.
What end demand folks tend to miss is the distinction between various levels of autonomy and working conditions of sex workers, and even more so, the variation of they types of clients that are involved and attracted to those differing experiences. ie: predators don't hire empowered sex workers that demand safety and respect-they seek those in marginalized/desperate situations where they can get away with harming the worker and treating them poorly.
To effectively fight "end demand" mentality, we must talk about our own experiences and break down their logic. We must explain where their reasoning is wrong and only focused on exploitation/trafficking situations, but also understand that the trafficking issue IS an important one to address as well. We also must fight for our sexual rights and freedoms. Check out this article for the Huffington Post about how to stop trafficking-it is saying in essence, men aren't allowed to have sexual outlets anymore I guess in order to value women in our society. :-/ They don't get it: I am worshiped like a goddess by my clients...not just because of my sexuality either. My feminine power shines bright when I work, on a multitude of levels.

I don't think those Puritans care what the circumstances are. They want to wipe out prostitution period. They can't get laid and they want to make sure the rest of us can't either.
but I like to give people the benefit of the doubt that when they are exposed to more information, they have the ability to broaden their perspective and shift...if only a little. Some ultra-conservative moralist do-gooders may not hear us or care, but there will be others that do. AND there are a lot of mainstream folks that right now only get info that doesn't represent us either. To make a difference when other possible legislation comes up, we must get more of the general population educated and understanding the differences, as well as how such laws break down personal freedoms in our society.

Dart is putting up warning billboards around the airport stating that if you pick up a girl, she's probably one of his. He's also publicizing the $1K vehicle impoundment fee so I'd say he's on a crusade to kill the streetwalkers and drive-by johns. I've never seen streetwalkers around O'Hare but then, I lead a sheltered life. ![]()
The real question is when Dart will move from streetwalkers into the higher end of the biz... Once he gets rid of the street pimps, guess who he'll be going after next...
