Theft is theft, and that kind of lady(s) need to be avoided.

I have been an agent for a long time and have been ripped off many times, which goes along with the territory.
I've been wanting to ask this for a while and reading the post below where the gentleman was distracted and she ran off with the donation made me decide to ask.

So do you guys think if a lady with a decent reputation works for an agency then rips the agent off, even though they have been more than fair to her with the cut, do you think it is more plausible she would rip off a client also?

If an agent writes a beware post that they have been ripped off buy such a girl how many will think its just a flame post and the agent is just trying to deliberatly hurt the girl for whatever reason?
Ok so it turned into 2 questions.

Doesn't matter if she rips you off first or me
eventually we will both become a victim. Secondly, an agencies reputation stands out in my mind. Those agencies who provide a poor service with crack heads and thieves for providers don't have much credibility when crying wolf.

You along with some of the other better known agencies I tend to pay a little closer attention to your thoughts and posts.

JUst me though, others may think differently.

Ripping a client off is one thing, ripping your financial source is totally stupid on their part and should be instantly dismissed.  Proves they will do it to anyone and as often as they can get away with it! Problem, it's not reported anywhere most of the time.
People will take posted comments either way, but at least they were for warned.

It is commendable when legit warnings are posted. The warnings benefit both clients and providers.  If the allegations are false, it will eventually come out.

As GBSum stated, folks will either accept or ignore the warnings.  I'd rather be informed than ignorant.

I've seen agencies post a wall of shame on their sites warning clients of these type of issues. I liked the idea. Some ladies just reinvent themselves and move from place to place continuing to do it over and over again. One post here gets push of the front page in a matter of days if not hours. A wall of shame stays much longer.

ALIAS USED ONLY SO I DON'T GET 50 PM's asking who agency is. FT is aware this was sent to me months ago!

A few months back, I received 2 emails AND a text from a guy (dw498**@gmail.com) upset about a particular agency in the community. It disclosed the agents real name, address, SS number as well as the agent's family info.He called the agent a drug addict, talked about said agent setting girls up was being investigated, threatening them if they stopes working for them with dubious accusations. Et

It also went into a back story that I have ignored - why he went through all this trouble on behalf of a provider who the agent is bad-mouthing. How the agent was trying to discredit the provider out of malice etc.

I have sat on this info for months. I don't think men want to see this side!  Providers and agents can be getting into a flame wars and useless drama (especially if the parties have history). I contacted the Chicago moderator when it happened and I was advised to sit on the info like I have done so far. I will also not disclose the agents name here - it is speculation and seems to be ancient history.

Im worried that TER allowing such finger pointing in a he/she said TER is opening a Pandora's Box.

Two sides to every coin I suppose (usually three: his, hers and the truth)

While I understand and believe that most everyone would want to be notified of scam artists and rip offs, I think that when you add in the agency that you start having possible conflicts of interests.

For me, when it is a report of an independent ripping people off then it is fairly clear that she is someone you would want to stay away from.

When you add in the agency, then it becomes more gray.  Is it a business dispute between the agency and the lady (who's to know), is it the agency trying to control the ladies?  Who knows but it stands to open a whole other set of drama postings.  Which we have already experienced in some limited amounts.  I know that I would prefer to stay out of a business dispute - but do believe that if a lady is willing to rip off her agency, then she is likely to do it to the guys as well.

So while it would be nice to know about a provider that is doing this, will we also start to hear about the agencies who are not above board also. Protect yourself.

Q #1. Most likely she will ripoff a client.

Q #2. Depending upon the agency, but in most circumstances a post by the agency would be appreciated and develop goodwill.

her agent.  When a guy request another hour i have seen what often happens first hand.  You get a call from your worker saying she got there late and will be xxx longer, and pockets all the cash from hour #2.

I've also requested one lady and was offered two at a deep discount because lady #2 was the driver and did not want to spend the entire time waiting in the car and it was her last appt.  anyway.  I got the feeling you were left out of that loop as well.

Both of these situations occurred with your agency and with ladies with stellar reviews.  While I don't think these ladies would steal from a client they were rather quick to want to negotiate you out of the deal when the opportunity presented itself.   Personally I think posting that your having problems with your employee is tacky.  This should be handled out of sight of the board we have enough drama here without bringing in your office politics.  And yes I'm using an alias as at least one of these providers still works for you.  Ive seen quite a few agency girls and it seems to be quite common for the agent to loose some of her cut if there is any change in plans after the girl/girls have arrived.

I would not expect too many hobbyist to alert you to getting a second lady for the price of 1 or getting a discount on more time because they kept you out of the loop.  My experience has been you would not believe a  hobbyist that alerted you to such occurrences over one of you providers anyway.

but Traci is one of the few that assumes the position of Agency owner without taking a %, she runs it more like she is a booker charging a flat rate fee for each appt(no I am not going to say how much but it is very reasonable as an agency owner).  Now I don't know if that is a per girl rate in which she might get double for a double.  I do think that she is one of the more fair ones and not greedy like some other agency owners that charge as much as 70%.

I agree and like Tracy and her agency, my point was it's not that uncommon for agency girls to cut the agent out of the deal if further time is requested. IMHO
