Let's suppose one of us starts a somewhat regular, loose knit get-together of guys for girl-talk face to face.  No moderators, no broadcasting over the wire to eavesdroppers - just private conversation with real fellows about real gals.  

Maybe even get just enough male bonding goin' on to organize some DPs or GBs with like-minded female hobbyist caterers.  But tag teaming would be optional, of course - mentioned here only as an example of the benefits of a social.  Each guy would need to be verifiable in any field trips.  

Perhaps evolve into hosting and showcasing a provider or providers at future meetings.  Pitch in together for a sales presentation or show with optional one-on-one business with the guest.  Kind of like a Tupperware party for men.  

So with all this in mind, should such an endeaver be conducted through a public call for interested parties or by private email invitations to reliable sources on boards like this?

I have looked in to some yahoo groups that attempt to do just what you talk about. It seems however that there is much talk but little action. I would be interested in such a meeting - leading of course to some action with like minded females.
