then go see a doctor.  But after reading the article in the previous response, I would think that you could also try some other solutions.  I have had this problem, and after trying anti fungal creams, with no luck, I tried using Gold Bond medicated cream and it totally cleared up within two days.

I am not young, not decrepit, but I get different marks on my skin, not just my dick, but my hands, arms, legs, at different times. Some of it is dry skin, some abrasion (most likely the case here), some damage to blood vessels, some simply aging. If I have a lot of energetic sex, the skin on my penis, particularly the head, will react, could be a little itchy, could be a little blotchy, could be something like goose bumps. Just a reaction to the stimulation and it goes away soon enough.

But I am not a doctor, and going to see one is a fine idea, should always be careful. But if all you have are some bumps, no stinging, no itching, no fever, no other symptoms, it is pretty unlikely there is anything wrong.

I realized that the first time I saw this, I did not apply anything and had no sex/hj for 2 days and I was good...and now that I had some good break...I used some hj may be twice that day within 24hrs and I saw it come again...there is no pain or any itchyness,...I havent had any hj/sex since I posted first time...and I just check today..its looks ok...so I think it might be irritation or inflammation due to sex/hj

Its looks good now...applied some anti-fungal for a day and looks pretty ok now...
I hope it doesnt come back...
