I would agree that the weakness of TER is good info on good massages. Lots of average massage results from FS. I often find myself looking around with no good results.

Someone else posted a list of providers with massage listed "above average" I think or something like that, but that doesn't really mean that, or at least I don't take that to mean, the same thing as a provider who really does give a nice massage as anything more than the warmup to FS.

I'm not even looking for bbbj, but I feel like it might be kinda weird if you booked a slot with someone and then when you show up you ask them to just give you a massage and a release.  Maybe it would be totally fine, but I can see where people would rather pick a provider who does that as their M.O. than someone who can rub your back before FS.
