Hello from San Diego. I haven't been to Chicago in several years and am looking forward to visiting again November 8-11.  Looking for advice on restaurants and things to do.  Particularly love piano bars!

Red Headed Lady River North area is a neat bar..that is if you are planning on staying downtown.

please advise what type of food you do enjoy. here are some very good eating place's: chicago chop house, gibson(you will get hit on in the bar area), butterfield 8, tavern on rush, grotto, tempo(egg's, pancake's, etc.), rosebud, room service when in need(lol)!!
