Maybe she had some dead bodies in the freezer too. The fact is they are charging her with a felony for operating her business within 1000 feet of a school. According to my info, that school has been closed for years. They are just taking advantage of a technicality. Oh well, society has been protected, and we can all sleep better tonight.

probably didn't specify only schools currently in use.

at least as of a few days ago, if kids with backpacks and school buses are any indication. It's a District 214 (or maybe 215?) school.

That would require actually working.  These are government employees after all.
