Twin Peaks, really?  

It's a banal breastaurant, like Hooters or somesuch.  That's it.  The waitresses in skimpy outfits may flirt with you or touch you to hustle for tips, but that's all they'll do.  You're welcome to flirt back, just know the boundaries.  I have an easier time believing this in a strip club (the idea of which I hate!), but not in a corporate chain breastaurant.  And if a woman touching you on the wrist or the shoulder (a common tip hustling tactic) is a big deal for you, then you're /way/ overdue for an appointment .

Maybe he is a fan of Lara Flynn Boyle, who was in the TV show Twin Peaks?
