Some people are really heartless when they write these reviews. I wish folks would remember that providers are people too. It's one thing to write a bad review if you didn't have a good time, but I don't get people who have to degrade others and be cruel for no reason at all.

I agree.  Don't let someone like that ruin your day!  Will you ever get down to Tampa again?
