Okay, i have to chime in here. First I thought it was creative. Depending on the location, seats are going for thousands of dollars. I know many women that would do much more for a chance to see them possibly win the Cup on home ice. And lastly, i think you owe female Hawks fans an apology.  Been to a Hawks game lately?  There are stunning women that attend, plus many many more that follow their beloved team.

For real... I do barter for many things, but not a damn game in exhange for an overnight. Now, if we are talking 3k worth of cosmetic procedures or electronics, sign me up lol. Hotel stays and airline miles as well, being I actually benefit from using those things. I love hockey and tennis, but not that freaking much.

You may not like hockey or sports that much and for you, it's not worth it and you can LMFAO.  

But then again, a lot of people are doing the same when they think about paying you your overnight rates. What makes you think you're worth that!

A pro hockey player doing what he does best, play hockey, but then in lieu of payment he gets laid (a lot I think to make it fair). . . . I guess by the someone from the owner's family to make the analogy totally complete. Or maybe the team owner pays you to stop over.

I have no personal opinion regarding the value of your own rates but I'm sure you believe that after a fair amount of time in the business you've found an acceptable balance of rate charged vs. your value of your time. Given that, I'm also going to guess that a time or two, either your rates have been criticized or you've participated in discussions that have criticized other's rates. . . . all coming to the logical conclusion that you and others are charging what the market will bear and that complainers simply don't understand how markets function.

So here you don't personally recognize the value someone else has placed on something. A simple no thank you would suffice.

Apples and Oranges.... HE has every right to value hockey or ponies or a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as much as he wants... I could not give two shits about that. When someone is soooooo certain that just because a gal is  an escort that she is willing to fk for something other than cash... that is when it becomes something to play with. but I sure wouldn't trade for an overnight! If I would have came into town last night, I would have simply bought my own tickets... if I found a last minute deal (unlikely). I am not one to pay 2k or 3k a ticket for the Stanley Cup, but if it was a sporting event that I would typically spend that sort of money on... then it would be worth it to me. Would love to go to the World Series if the Brewers ever get a chance again. Fairly certain that won't be happening this year lol. (I am laughing but crying inside)

If you want to get back to me with a deal for the Super Bowl on the sidelines (front row), then you'd be speaking my language :D  

The value of bartering can be worth it if it was something she wanted to do anyways before the barter was offered. I wouldn't care much for 3k of makeup or cosmetic procedures. That is me. What works for me is not going to work for someone else.  

I enjoy Hockey but not enough to want to pay more than a few hundred. So for me, the value of your barter is equal to what I would be willing to pay to see it live. Whereas I would gladly fork over the big money for the Super Bowl or World Series. Now that barter would be worth quite a bit for me as I would spend a lot on going anyways (without a barter).

It was worth a try to see if any gal might love Hockey that much that to her the barter would be a great deal. Just not my cup of tea.

an overnight is another. He did not say 'just the game' lol. He said the game IN EXCHANGE for an overnight meaning you go to the game THEN stay with him til morning... that is an overnight. If all he wanted was someone to see the game with then blow him afterwards, he could have posted that. Or, game in exchange for 'a date.' He flat out posted an overnight. FYI I have blown for a lot less than the going rate for these tickets and my post was supposed to be in good humor. I guess that escapes some if they think 2500 is a lot for an overnight when I know many providers making that for a lot less hours.

Pfft, just give me the fkin money lol. A free game plus airfare and hotel on my dime is not gonna pay for my condo on the beach at home, but for a local gal who just loves the idea of spending 12 hours with a guy she has never met before... could be a match made in Hockey Heaven. A ticket to last nights Hawks game would of been priceless.  Any woman with a shred of hockey appreciation should of jumped on that offer.  IMO life is more about experiences than possessions and you can't put a price on the experience of being at the clinching game of the Stanley Cup (ESPECIALLY in Chicago), i.e. the greatest sports championship quest in the world,  And then all the celebratory fun afterward would just be a bonus.  Hell I might even consider going gay for the evening just to experience that!  I said "might".  :)  Hope you found someone.  If not, completely their selfish loss.
