What are some do's and don't when it comes to the lady?

In a MFM setting should a women be submissive or a switch? Submissive-inclined or ready to submit or yield to the authority of another; humbly obedient.Switch-neither 100% dominant nor 100% submissive. Rather they have a dominant side, and a submissive side, and at different times explore different aspects of dominance and submission.  

There is an expectation for the guys to be in-sync with the idea of making the woman just puddy in their hands. Allowing the women to over power their mind and body. It completely depends on the mood, the three parties. I've been lucky to do several. My two favorite were very different; one lady was completely submissive, gave into being overtaken and was there to please us - she was there until WE were done with her. The other was a woman intent on using us to get what she wanted - we were done when SHE had enough of us- very dominant.
