I have a beautiful fully furnished condo in the Gold Coast that I’m looking for a “roommate” for. I don’t actually live in the condo, it's strictly for having 8 Outcall appointments a month. I would like one roommate who also is just looking for a place to have Outcall appointments and hopefully we won’t have any time conflicts, if so, I’m very accommodating on adjusting my appointments. I mostly would have appointments from 10am - noon a couple of days a week. Then it’s completely wide open. His chances of getting into legal problems are bad enough sharing a place soley for the purpose of committing a crime with another monger. But renting it out to out of town hookers makes it a slam dunk felony conviction if any of those women are busted and "flip" on him.
Solicitation is a misdemeanor, maintaining a "house of prostitution" and deriving profits from the "enterprise" is a felony, punishable by PRISON, not jail time. It NOT worth it, not even close.
It's kind of like making a subtle joke here, Someone invariably takes it literally.
Not to mention others have done exactly what you were joking about and did end up in prison over it.

Do you have it all wired up with camera's like in the movie "The Loft"? After seeing that movie, I'd be nervous about a setup like this. I actually had a distant cousin do something like this and it all blew up in his face. Whoever you end up bringing on as a "room mate", make sure you can trust this person.

LOL, I was just thinking of this movie as I ready his original post a few weeks ago, perhaps OP should watch the movie because it is pretty much about just this situation and the guys who share it for their "extra curricular" activities, and these guys were all friends!! GL and OP, be happy and use it for yourself unless you get an ATF and then maybe share it with her in trade with specs on who she could meet there, hey you never know, could work
