I have a friend coming to town for her birthday and I would like to take her shopping for an outfit for our night out.  Nice dinner, clubbing, etc. So looking for something upscale but also sexy.  My friend is in her mid 20s.  Any assistance you can provide for suggestions on a nice boutique, dress shop, etc would be helpful.
