Always review unless asked not to by the provider if she is a bit under the radar.  You don't have to tell her your involvement at TER, or that you plan on writing a review, but I have mentioned it in the past.  Some of the providers are participating members here, and it makes for some equal-ground conversation.  The only other reason I would not write a review is if I planned on writing about a bad session and had a thought the girl might be a bit psycho.  Granted we all want to be made aware of the nutcases and bad providers out there, but you are the guy who runs the risk with a provider outing you.  It doesn't happen much, but do a search over the last year and there have been a few times where it was at least threatened if not carried out.  If you do your research though, you can stay out of this situation by sticking with well reviewed providers and get a feel for their stability from reading these message boards.

First time here, and just a question more of hobbying protocol, I suppose...
Should I submit a review only if the lady requests it? Should I ask her, or let her suggest it??? I realize reviews have a two-fold purpose; in giving the provider some good pub., and potential customer a heads up.

I don't wanna step on two many toes this early in the game.

THANKS!!!

I always ask the lady if she wants me to write a review. Only once was I told that she preferred to not have a review.
Accurate Reviews are important to me. I never see a lady with no reviews and make my selections based on the reviews from my fellow hobbyists.
Selecting based on reviews helps me stay away from scams and rip-offs too.
Hope this helps

i have never asked a gal if i should or should not write a review. in my opinion, i write them to help other guys not get ripped off by all the bait and switches. there have been gal's who have asked if i'm a member of TER, and i have told her 'no'.

I always assume reviews are okay unless the lady specifically requests otherwise (in conversation, in her ads or on her website). Since I generally only see ladies who have been reviewed here, I think it's safe to assume that they're okay with the process (if they haven't stated otherwise). I never mention the review during the date because I don't want her to think that I'm threatening to give her a bad review if she doesn't perform up to my expectations. I find it's best to talk as little "Business" as possible during a date.

Unless a provider specifically asks you not to write a review (i.e. she's UTR), it's your choice whether to write one. If you choose to write a review, please write it up accurately and honestly. That's the toughest part most of the time. Less than stellar sessions can be challenging.

asked if I can submit a review or not. And I think it is better to ask then assume.

If she has only a few, she either wants more or she's UTR. In that case, I'd ask outright. If she has a ton of reviews, she probably doesn't care whether you write one or not. If you write a bad review, you can be certain she'll go off on you so be prepared to take the heat. If you gave her any personal info as part of the screening process, I'd advise not writing a bad review. If you don't give her any info she can use against you, there's nothing to worry about, psycho or not. Hell, I've met a few providers who a lot of guys call wacko. I make sure I get along with them so they have no reason to go all psycho on my ass, LOL.

Personally, I feel a little indebted to the many hobbyists who take the time to post detailed and accurate reviews.  As a result, I almost always try to post a review when I can, and I almost never inform the provider that I'm doing so in order to have a more genuine representation of the service she provides.  I've been hosed a few times by reviewing delisted providers, having taken time to write a review and then having TER wipe it off the boards.  For some of these reviews, I feel it's a disservice to hide what they do, good or bad, from fellow hobbyists.
