A TER member is advising he a TER Whitelist member. I cannot find where to search his handle name. Can someone provide a step-by-step on how to search whitelist members? Thanks!

I've asked for a PM through TER but still have not received one, great point! But when I search by reviewer all I get is a list of providers populated and as I click on each provider's reviews, I don't see the guy I am looking for. Maybe I am doing the search wrong...

What you do is go to Reviews, then go to Search  (not Search Reviews!)..... the drop down menu has "Search White List".... click that.   Then enter the member's name or email address.   As long as you have the email addy linked to his TER account, his White List referrals will show that way too.
