I've finally reached the age where I think I may need the little blue pill to make my forays into the hobby enjoyable enough to justify the risk/investment. My question is about the etiquette involved. Should I tell a lady up front that my performance will be chemically enhanced? How does it change their approach? Will some ladies refuse to see me if I use Viagra? Do any ladies really enjoy the challenge and specialize in that kind of appointment? I want to have the best date possible, but I don't want to mislead anybody. For providers and hobbyists who've been there and done that, thanks for whatever you can tell me.

If your going to use it for that first time with a lady you might want to tell her encase you have reaction to the pill.
But after the first time and you know you won't have an reaction to it, then I don't think you need to worry about it.

 
The more important things you need to worry about is are.
Cost, these are not cheap pill and if you don't have a great prescription plan, it going to cost big bucks.
Your best and cheapest bet, might be to have the Doc give you a prescription for 100mg pills and cut them in half,
you buy less pills, but they last longer. Some prescription plan will only cover the cost of a few pills, so this will help.

Reaction time, Everybody is different, so you need to know how long will it take for the pills to work, most say 30 to 45 minutes before having sex. But after a few time you should have a better idea what time frame works best for you.
Beside you don't want the pill working 20 minutes after the appointment is over, Now that would suck.  

Also a little story I heard that might help to, since some of the reaction to the pill, might be a stiff neck or back, I have heard that some guys take Advil before they take the blue pill to help stop the stiff neck or back.  But you will still get stiff were you want to be.

I had some were Viagra and other enhancements, can not be used because of their Medical condition. Please be careful on which one you choose.  
I have also heard from many that sometimes taking the blue pill, May Cause a lot of Pain........ and / or blue balls and then a trip to the ER to get the erection down.

Please read all the fine print when taking these drugs. They are not all what they are cracked up to be.

I try to limit food and alcohol consumption prior, will limit absorbtion rate and limit performance.

See how it affects you so you know what to expect and then you won't be surprised.
Then make your date for the second time. Splitting a 100mg is a good idea until you discover your tolerance.
I get a little foggy in the big head afterwards but I'm hard as hell when I need to be.
YMMV and guys have different reactions and sesnsitivities. I prefer levitra.
Knowing how I react, I don't tell the providers. The empty stomach advice is good.

If you take one first-remember you need to have some sort of sexual stimulation to make it work-so perhaps watch some porn or whatever if you want to do that.  Also-get a script from a physician-that way you will have had at least a minimal physical and have a pretty good idea if you have any specific issue health wise to be concerned about.  When you get the script-you can get 3 free pills via the pharmacist from the manufacturer.  Then if it works-and they do-you are good to go.  The reaction time does vary-first time I took one I too was concerned-took it-within minutes I began to feel the flushing, etc.. and went to an AMP and had a terrific experience.  9 years later it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get the flushing phase.  I have never told a gal I was using it.  I also use Levitra and used to get by nicely with a 20 mg pill cut in half.  I now use 20 mgs.  Good advice on empty stomach.  The directions say no fatty foods just before-it also says on Levitra no grapefruit juice.  So water to hydrate, empty stomach.  Also if you experience a headache-take Advil or whatever to help alleviate-the headache is later so it has never interfered with the pleasure of the moment.  I like them both-Levitra now seems to work best for me.  I have no medical issues, just some age to deal with!  Price?  Well, we spend a lot of money for the hobby itself-so what if it is an extra ten or eleven bucks to add to the overall pleasure of a session!!

Focus on having a good time and impressing her with your manhood--well, maybe she won't be impressed, but she'll tell you she is. Plan on your nasal passages getting stuffy. Squirt a little nasal spray when yu take it--don't overdo the spray! You may get a slight blue tint to your vision. Your face will become flushed so your wife likely will know when you're using it. Be prepared to sometimes taking it and having your provider cancel on you at the last minute--after you've already driven 40 minutes to get to her incall. You won't cum as fast with Viagra. That's a real bitch, huh? Well, she may think so.

I used to take 25 mg around 8 am on the day of the appt, then a 50 mg two hours before the appt., and another 50 mg an hour before. That's not recommended!! But, I did it anyway. So, after all that, when a provider cancelled, it was a helluva letdown. If that happens, spend the money on yourself for something special.

Of all the brands, Viagra works the best.

You need a prescription and that means you must consult a doctor.  You're paying for his professional judgment so ask for it and listen.  There are three absolute truths at work here:  
1) You need the stuff because you're getting older.  
2) There are a variety of medical conditions that come with getting older.  
3) All of us are different.
Just because Viagra, or Levitra, or Cialis works well for someone else without side effects does not mean it will work for you, or that it won't kill you.
And don't be shy about telling the lady you're with that you sometimes need some chemical "enhancement".  How many of the ladies have enhancement of their own?    
Personally, I'll never see 70 again. I can't kid anyone.  We both know I'm no stud.  That doesn't mean I can't give pleasure, some of the time.  But even if I can't perform that day we can still enjoy each other. There really is a lot to be said for intimate conversation.
I always have some pills with me, although I also always book several hours so I don't take the pill until I'm into the session.  Sometimes--praise the Lord--I find that I didn't need the pill after all.  
I think the ladies see me as a challenge.  They really work hard to see that I have a good time.  When it happens we both feel great about it.
