I will be in Chicago on Saturday night, I use DMVindys in Washington for my service provider. Is there a similar service in the O'Hare area.

I'm surprised that there have been not any reponse to my posting. Could it be true that there is no service
Providers in that area ?

There are a number of services, but I don't think any of them specifically caters to that area.  They will have some percentage that will be in the area.
