Have tried to get into the TP a few times. EMailed three times and then called once, when he told me I had to sign up via email first?

Should I lie and say I have been there as it seems that "Have you been here before" is the question and at some point it needs to be my first time going there?

I don't get it.  I've tried many many times over the last year to get in touch with TP and nobody EVER answers that phone.  I've called very early in the morning, in the afternoon and at night.

What's the big secret?

How does one provide references when they never answer the phone.  I am RS2K.

Your post asks "should I lie". The responding individual said lying was a bad idea and elaborated on the consequences. No need to get defensive after you actually received an answer to, in my opinion, a very reckless question.
