Can we look at the Breast first. May be you or your friend don't need an implant. I like mine Natural or if the implants are small and real tight like Cup B.
I have met several ladies on TER who have had implants and damn if I couldn't tell the difference from the real thing. I would suggest doing a search using "implants" and then talking with some ladies. Remember, scaring can be very very individual.
