I believe it is.  Some have described her as an "earth mother" type.  Earthy would be one word I would use.

I went to see her about a year and a half ago on the basis of another specialty : breast milk.  She's a pleasant enough person, but older than I had expected based on the advertised offering, which ultimately and not surprisingly proved meager.

I may also have experienced the prostate massage, but in this case, it simply felt like someone inserting their finger —i.e., there was no erotic feeling for me.  One's "mileage" can "vary" in any number of ways.  I did try to ignore the underarm hair, but realized that the lingering aroma with which I left could have not had any other source.

I believe she does shave her legs, however.
