Per your ads, you say that e-mail and PM are okay. But then you are complaining that it is slowing communication. Are these guys simply not providing you the necessary information for verification in the e-mails/PM [and that's why communication is slow]? If so, you should ignore these guys because they are probably time wasters. They are what I call penpal hobbyists. They have no intention of booking.
One thing I noticed is that you don't have a RS2K or P411 ad. Using those services would have made screening much easier and quicker. Of course, if you feel more comfortable using other verification methods, then continue to use those.
Chicago is a great city with great people. Labeling with a broad brush is not ideal.

Then write me am intro of yourself, what you're looking for, time, date and of corse: references
Step 2: once you sent the email (not before, AFTER) then hold your phone, screen facing you and by using your thumb, push 310-948-7776 and hit the green bouton "call"
It will ring, don't panic, a sweet French accent will pick up and ask you if you sent the email...if you Didn't you are waiting both my time and yours cause I will send you right back to the step NUMBER ONE

You should add the step whereby you answer the phone or return the message instead of complaining. If everyone for it wrong maybe it was your fault?

Ms Frenchie, your protocol is bizarre for these parts. No one around here does it this way, no wonder you're having so much trouble.
Did not have a single problem. Then again, I do not have a phone number on the internet for this very reason...I prefer not to deal with guys who just call and expect to be screened over the phone. I did not have RS2K or P411 when I visited, nor did I use Eros. I ONLY used TER, and my dance card was full.
Finally, someone who fully understands the usefulness of e-mail. I hate trying to give out my screening into over the phone and just never see anyone who insists on doing business only by phone. I am always surprised by how many give out phone numbers only and put in their ad "no e-mails or texts".
(Just a side comment, not related to Frenchie's predicament)
......I had very little issue with anyone completely ignoring how I worked/booked my appts except for just one guy out of many inquiries. Good odds. If I do list a number it's to work by text only initially (after i'm comfortable with the screening then calling is okay) and if someone decides to call me that means they completely ignored my "protocol" on purpose or were just lazy (neither which are acceptable) and i'll watch it ring (you'd be surprised or maybe not who will call and call and call as if it'll force you to pick up).

agree with CTP on this..getting a p411 account streamlines the process immensely..i requested an appointment last night thru p411..i was verified and booked within two hours..the less hoops you have to jump through..the less aggravation for you..

What I perceive is a difference in nomenclature.
Initial email contact is understandable.
If there is phone number available, I would text or call, not PM, TER has PM, and yes ... TER PM can be very difficult to get in a timely manner.
It's good to have an etiquette, and follow, but I would try to simplify the process if possible.
If the timeliness of the verification process is the issue, the guys are correct, Rs2k, and P411 are the quickest ways. While Provider verification is sometimes used, it is not very quick.

I've booked with plenty of local and traveling ladies usually just through an email or contact me page exchange over the course of anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of days. And then only done the calls at the meeting time. If I feeling a little randy in a 10am meeting, I can send an email on the down low, but I sure am not calling to see if you got it right away.
One lady was a little odd in that she insisted I call the day before to get the locations, where most would just email it too me. But we got along just fine.
But whatever, I'm sure it working every where else but Chicago for you.
She also claimed both in her ad and her pms that she would be downtown. Ends up being in Ohare with no notice.
O'Hare had the Anime Convention, and if she got a room good for her.
DT was exhorbitant $300- $400 per night.
I helped a provider friend with a couple rides DT and to O'Hare......O'Hare was the busier location for her.

Ohare and downtown are two totally different worlds! You traveling ladies have to get your shit together when visiting. I have ran into this a few times. Do a little research before you visit and plan accordingly.
It is never a good idea to put a location in your ads anyway...would not want anyone knowing how close I was or a possible hotel I could be using. I don't give that info out until a guy is verified and I don't give the hotel until the day of.
Only because the distance and time to get between DT, O'Hare, OB, or Woodfield, can be onerous at best.we're looking at 1HR+ travel times from one location to another..... during rush hour, and all day Friday.
Lunch time appts. or right after work need to be travel time conscience.
Travelers like to minimize travel in Chicago on purpose
These areas also have so many Hotels that it would be hard to figure out where you are.
But, I do understand the concern
I followed your instructions. I PM'd you, then we had a nice conversation and set something up... but the day of the appointment you flaked on me! No response to any PM or voicemail until long after the scheduled time. Maybe you need to find a better system.
