Bored out of my mind on this Saturday morning I have been reading through some reviews. While I'm sure this has been talked about before I have a question. If a hobbyist is having a "bad day" or doesn't "click" with a provider, why leave a bad or subpar review? The reviews say things like "It wasn't her fault" or "I had a rough day" yet they give a 5 or 6 where most others have given 9's. To me that is like going to a fancy restaurant on a full stomach. Then when the manager asks you how your meal was you say it wasn't that great. Yet if you had come hungry it may have been the best meal you ever had.

I guess I am just wondering how much stock to put into those types of reviews. Do I ignore them or do I read between the lines? Perhaps the hobbyist is just being nice by saying that it was his fault, when in fact he really didn't like the provider at all. Just wondering.....

Thanks!

To me, that's why you have to read the reviews.  The numbers don't tell you the whole story.  Even then, there are some reviews that I don't trust because they are short on the details I'm looking for -- how enthusiastic a provider is, what kind of likes/dislikes they have, how much they match their pictures, how far away their incall is from where I am.

at all the reviews as a whole...if there is only one out of how many...chances are it was him...I had someone write a review on me...and he wrote how nervous he was...and he was shy...and he wanted to take it slow and to top it off he was a clock watcher...lol..a new one on me...anyway..when he wrote the review he based it on him and Not me...so needless to say it was a good review...however Not Great...when You read his....it's Not in line with all the other reviews...I personally would take into consideration of the majority....just my 2 cents ;)  Great question though...

...is that everyone here is human, and sometimes if someone is having a bad day it may not be the first and may not be the last, and it's sometimes a sign that a provider is already giving up on their career, so it serves a useful purpose as a way of cautioning against someone who might not be giving the service they once were.

is to check his other reviews to see if there is a pattern of him being overly critical. I've read some guys' reviews who just seem impossible to please. Some people would complain if you hung them with a new rope. If that's the case, I would just ignore his review, especially if the lady gets good reviews consistently.

If he says she was "standoffish," you can figure he had halitosis.

So on and so forth.
