Legions of 13-year old boys, in fact.  The really odd thing is that, for all that wack / whack off is an old expression meaning masturbate, and that in Britain a wanker is a masturbator [and a fool, as if there is some relation between the one and the other], I'm unaware of any use of wacker / whacker in any language to mean anything —except among said group of boys, among whom use of the name will often produce, um, titters.  Pun intended.

And Hancock?  While you're at it, have you thought … ?  Oh, never mind.
