They have a nice Mexican restaurant (name?), and the Rockwell Inn is noted for its fine dining. Wander the streets just west of downtown and you'll see some lovely homes. Nice city park. The Corn Festival is coming soon. Go down there for the day and celebrate a slice of Americana. I enjoy the photography exhibit. It's like the county fairs we remember from our youth. Morris has a h.s. football powerhouse. Nicest truck stop at I-80 and 47 (R Place). Great food, homemade pies, and pastries. Many people commute from Morris to the city. Without small towns, where would we be? As for providers, the nearest city would be Joliet.
I actually like the town. I felt like giving Morris a good, hard teasing just to get a rise. God knows how I love to get a rise out of certain thangs!!
