The way I look at it. Providers are free to set their pricing and guys are free to spend what they want. Its personal preference. If a Provider can charge a $1,000 and get it, great for them. If a guy is happy with the service he gets and only spends $100 good for him. In this business like all business it is suppose to be a win win situation for all parties involved. So don't ridicule the high end providers and dont slam the bargin hunters either.

BP does have much of what you want.
but another option, despite the fact that they eliminated their erotic ads category is to post for what you want in the casual encounters, men seeking women, or even (so help me) the strictly platonic section on craigslist. Some providers answer ads there. they are also non-pros who will not be experienced who temporarily need a little extra money that answer some ads there.
you can't mention money in your ad or it will get quickly flagged down, just say stuff like 36 year old guy seeking oral in hyde park this afternoon. some providers place ads there (someties saying massage, but others more explicit) that quickly get flagged off but if you catch them the first half hour they are posted, you can communicate and craigslist has a new policy on forwarding so that if you already communicated before the ad got taken down, they keep forwarding messages back betweeen the two people for up to 6 months.
you'll get a bunch of spam, websites and similar garbage, also gay guys looking for a pic of your dick, but after yu delete those, you'll sometimes get a genuine response, college students low on cash, etc. I've seen a few from there, and it worked out fine and in one instance made BP look expensive by comparison, so if cheap is what you want check it out.
