No thank you for the advice! I have never had such a problem in DC as I have worked there forever so a poor review has never hit me hard, but I didn't even think about that. I think it was because things have been slow across EROS, TER, P411 etc. that I was not sure. Thanks for the info! -K

Have any other providers in the area experienced a hit to business since the snow hit? I've toured in Chicago from out of state  a few times now and I've never seen business lag so much. Curious if I'm just not advertising correctly or if the weather has slowed things down across the board. TIA! -K
