I am always a little scared of rates that "start at" or list "from xx to xx" (like your link). Its been my experience its usually upsell.

An excellent, perhaps lucky, decision. Figured I would be in pretty good shape meeting "unreviewed Jerzi" given the glowing marks her pal Sheena has gotten. I guessed right.
Sybartech, I had no hassle, no bait and switch, no "upsell". I usually don't care for the maturity level of the under 25 crowd, but not an issue with Jerzi ... maybe the first 5 minutes were a little less relaxed than others but beyond that, entirely copasetic.
