I know that this is getting to be an old post, but I can add a bit more information.  I was out in this providers area one night recently, and decided I would be a little risky and go TOFTT.  I called and set up a time and drove to the intersection I was told.  When I got there, it was a residential area.  I called back to confirm that I was in the right place, and was told that she was working out of a private residence.  

I've never gone for that before, I don't do private residence.  Especially with and unknown provider that is really young and obviously couldn't be the owner of a house in that area.  (the area is a fairly nice, older burb very close to Chicago $$$).  

So, I chickened out.  I am hoping someone else goes for it eventually though.
