no, not to downsize especially if they are nicely shaped and there is no side effects. I like them nice and big. But as big as they do not look like out of proportion of the overall body figure. I get sooooooooo excited when I get to play with them.

do what makes you feel sexy.  When you feel sexy you exude it from yourself and others feel it.  The sexier you feel, the more others will see and feel it.  So my thoughts are if you really go with what makes you feel the sexiest, then even in this industry you will be transformed with your enhanced view of yourself.  I am sure it would bleed over into renewed confidence that would be a leg up on having the most fabulous of sessions, because how you feel definitely effects how a session goes and evolves.  So feel sexy and have a better date!

is not to listen to anybody's advice. They are on YOUR body, and YOU are really the only one that counts. If bigger boobs are gonna make YOU happier, blow 'em up. If smaller boobs are gonna make YOU happier, micro-size 'em. Hell, get a spare if you want to. Just don't let anyone else make the decision for you.

Considered the surgery quite a few times, but finally made deal with mine.  As long as they look forward and not down I won't make them smaller.

While I like small boobs, I have a friend who downsized due to serious back problems.  Frankly, I don't notice the difference, but she is so much better and feels great about herself.

I observe that there is NO fried egg section on Eros, but there is one for busty providers.  I take that to mean that more patrons prefer a larger bust.  So from a business perspective, you might be cooking the goose that lays the eggs, so to speak.
