Obviously the further out you are trying to schedule the more loosely you need to control the communication back and forth. I’ve resent an email just a day later (but wait a FULL 24 hours). I’ll usually just re-send the original with a very short newly added message saying that I was just making sure the original mail didn’t get lost in the spam folder (this does happen). As long as you keep the emails short and to the point it’s not that annoying. If you start sending an email every day (even a short one) or long chatty ones then you’ve gone over the line. If she publishes a phone number you can try that route as well.
It just might be a streak of bad luck on your part. Check her website for a calendar to see if she might be on vacation or traveling.
If you really want to see her, then try again in a couple weeks or a month. Some ladies that are busy might not answer email after returning from being away for a longer period of time.
How many is several? Given your review history, I really doubt your problem is inappropriate communications, but you may want to review what you are specifically saying or asking. Did you check her website and provide all the information she requires? Some ladies will ignore emails they consider incomplete.

I was wondering, how long would my fellow hobbyist wait to hear from a provider. I have contacted several providers recently and have not heard back from them. I've been waiting 2 days and I don't want to seem pushy but I would like to set up a meeting. How long would you guys wait to hear from a provider. Just wondering??!!!
Don't call more than once per day, that's a bit pushy. But I'd call the next day. If she still doesn't respond, she doesn't want to see you so move on.
personally this is one of the most frustrating things in the hobby. I usally wait 2-3 days and move on. Unless the provider has me really spinning in circles in which case i will send one more email or call once more. I do realize that everyone has outside factors, I do feel that 2-3 days is enough time for at least a response of some kind.
keep in mind that the ladies have their own life. Also, you are not the only one who has e-mailed her. Back to your question though, if I were you, I would ask my self, is she the one I would really like to see? If she is the one, then I would wait a bit more that 2-3 days. Patience is really important here.

With the complexities of life, it's hard to plan far off in the future. So my routine is to call today and make plans for later or tomorrow. I lose enthusiasm if it's longer.
If I suddenly have an afternoon off I'll start making calls. Many times I'm not successful, as the providers are either busy or out of town. Thats my problem, not theirs. As far as waiting, well, thats up to you, I just move on, theres plenty to go around.
No one is that busy where they cant call you back within one day. Its rude to take longer than that. I know, i know...there are those that'll say with all of life's back-and-forths, that there just arent that many hours in a day. Oh please, its just an excuse. Move on to another gal, there are plenty of gal's and agencies that will call you back within a couple of hours or so.
so I may give a lady a little more time than some guys. If I haven't heard back within two days, I'll either send another email or try one phone call. If I haven't heard back by the following day, I'll just move on.

before. Guys have told me about sometimes spending a week trying to contact a lady. That is amazing to me.
Most of the guys that I come in contact with are looking for something an hour ago. Sometimes I think that if I had some kind of machine that sent a signal to their brain right through the phone telling them that they already did the appointment, they might pay double!!! LOL!!!
Most of the time, I answer the phone when it rings.... otherwise, I usually call back if it shows on my ID, within a half hour. Email I try to answer asap but sometimes this takes an hour or longer.

Wow, that kind of wreaks of desperation. Having said this, it took me over 6 months to see one provider in particular but only a few emails transpired over the entire time.
As much as some would like to believe, many providers are not sitting and waiting at their computers for your email.
Below is an example schedule for an independent provider (does not apply to agencies). Let's say a provider is hosting incall…
Example Schedule
(She has been returning emails all day, prepping for her dates, finishing up a blog, researching info for her next photo shoot, doing everything on her own, etc.)
Check-in to hotel 3:00pm
First date 4:00-6:00pm
(Your email arrives)
Second date 7:00-9:00pm (Maybe she doesn’t have a second date, rather a night class to attend, etc)
(Eats, shits, calls family, prepares for next date, takes a mental break, etc)
Third date 10:00-midnight
She needs some sleep and wakes up at 8:00am. For the rest of the day, she is engaged in longer extended sessions, class, work, marketing and advertising or returning the 200 emails that came before yours.
Some of us work far more hours in a day than the average person. Not only are we booked in sessions, but we have to focus on admin work, working out, etc. I literally get online at 10am and do not get off until 2am some days. Still, I cannot always get to everyone’s email within 24 hours.
If the lady doesn't get back to you within one day and you are really interested in her, please be patient. If she wants your business, she will get back to you within a couple of days. Expecting a one day wait time maximum is unrealistic in the life of many providers. While I understand some may have nothing else to do, but sit and wait for emails, some of the rest of us are busy working even in this economy that is rumored to be so horrible.
Of course if you are looking for a last minute meeting, feel free to move on after a few hours of waiting.
Please, by no means take my post as insensitive or ruthless in anyway. I was just hoping to give an example of why a provider might not be able to get back to you within 24 hours.
I would hope most others would take my post as helpful. Life is too short to have my panties in a bunch about this thread.
Anyway, I hope I was able to shed some light on some provider time constraints.

I read most of you say that wait no more than 1 day and then move on. What if, the lady in question gets back to you the second or the third day but you have already e-mailed different lady and you have agreed on time to meet. How do you handle this?
