I think it is cool that Backpage now has the option for the girl to put up a video of herself.  That would make it a bit harder for someone to fake it as the video is probably less likely faked that pictures.

Okay she may be the girl in the pictures (some are) but it doesn't mean she won't rip you off. Stay away from BP.

Honda compared to Acura
Nordstrom compared to Bloomingdales
Capital Grille compared to Morton's

BP is prominent and I think quite a few providers AND hobbyists use it especially to get started. I know I had some bad experiences with it but a couple of good experiences too, one with a very nice girl who pointed me to TER.

As hard as I can be on BP, we all have to always keep thinking, and always be careful. Even, I suspect, on TER!

I agree with the point you made - that some newer girls will post on there.  Some on there charge up to $400-500 an hour, so it is not always cheaper.  I just think that a combination of BP and the erotic review can help.  Newer providers need to post somewhere.
