Bean,
I think he is just referring to the fact that many providers challenge unflattering reviews and those are looked at again by Admin. He said this takes place after a review is initially published.
I can just imagine the number of bullshit, fake reviews that are submitted now that guys have to be VIP to read anything of consequence on a review.
So I see a provider about 10 days ago, and I feel like I want to post a review about my experience with this woman. I have multiple reviews in my profile so I have DONE THIS BEFORE. I submit the review and wait and wait for over 3 days, and then I see that the post is unapproved because "there was not enough detail in the appropriatre section about the date". So, I go back and provide greater detail about my session. Lo and behold, I go and check today under account manager, and it now says my review is unapproved because????????????/
"THE APPEARANCE OR PERFORMANCE SECTIONS VARY GREATLY FROM OTHER REVIEWS"????????? What the F ddoes that mean. So I go back and look at what I scored her and it was a 7 for appearance and a 9 for performance. I check her last SEVEN reviews, and she has 6 reviews that gave her a 7 for appearance and 1 review that gave her a 6 for appearance. Now I gave her a 7, so I see NO GREAT VARIANCE there??????// I gave her performance a 9 because I had a great time and enjoyed the sexual performance, now her other reviews gave her 7's and 8's for performance.
I can't figure what why I am having SUCH A HARD TIME getting a fucking review posted.
Can someone enlighten me and my other hobbyists about what is going on. I see bullshit reviews posted all the time. Some have very little detail, and I see girls get 9's and 10's on looks and then a review pops up that gives the girl a 7 in looks???
HOW ABOUT A LITTLE HELP?????
Now more than ever since they made the scores VIP access only. What they need to do is stop giving VIP time for writing reviews.
It is not like there is any shortage of reviews. I know girls with hundreds of reviews. What is the point? One every couple of months to keep things current should suffice.
As far as the many, many fly-by-night skanks that are bait-n-switch, cash-n-dash - they change their names, number and steal new photos every few months anyway.
I definitely feel your pain and frustration. That is part of the reason why I hesitate to write reviews.
I would suggest contacting admin and asking them specifically what "varies greatly from other reviews". It may be as simple as you mentioned BBBJ and all the other reviews state CBJ (I'm just using an example here). You could also try resubmitting it with some minor change (or addition) of your choosing and roll the dice. Maybe the next person who it gets assigned to will just rubber stamp it. Good luck!
I did use the "contact us" icon and sent a response in asking for a clarification. The purpose of this site is to assist hobbyists and providers with input on making decisions, if some goof uses his power to deny us this activity what is the sense of paying every month to participate on this site??
found contacting admin about the review and checking your attitude before doing so will probably yield better results. If this post is at all representative of what you wrote to them this could be part of your problem. IMO

when you are paying for vip and you have placed many reviews it is hard to maintain a plesant attitude when you feel slighted by the place you are paying!
unfortunately this has been played out with reviews many times and there has not been any improvements made to the reviews!
They really need to come up with a better plan in my opinion.
Good Luck wrigs don't give up girls really need their reviews.
I can sympathize. I saw a provider once who had 9s and 10s for looks and performance. I understand that different people have different taste, but the point of a review is to provide SUBJECTIVE information, so I gave her a 7 on looks. She was about 6 ft tall, weighed about 170 lbs, and I was actually taken aback at how plain looking she was when she answered the door. I would not give her a second look walking down the street. My review was also unapproved for variance. I felt like replying that they should go see the provider and then tell me I was wrong!! What is the point of asking for reviews if they can then be disapproved because your review is not exactly like all the others?? How valid are the reviews if they all have to be within a certain range?
I threw in the towel writing reviews a long time ago.
Rejections for a valid reason are understandable but the rejections here are all so whimsical and arbitrary. Kinda mind boggling really.
Worst part of it all is that tons of active, well respected hobbyists don't bother writing reviews anymore because of the hassles and rejections, which significantly dilutes that value of TER. Nobody wins.
I feel your pain. The same thing just happened to me. I added more detail to my review, which I thought had plenty to begin with, resubmitted it, and it still went unapproved. I was a paying VIP at the time the review was submitted. I have a lot of reviews and have had reviews approved since then. My writing style doesn't change much, I don't think. Why that one was picked out I don't understand. The loss is to the provider and to the hobbyist alike. And I really don't have time to fight city hall, so it will stay unapproved and never get posted.
It has been shared with me that approximately 33% of the reviews are not accepted for one reason or another. That issue asside, the process of approving and posting reviews must be tantamount to that of an artificial inseminator for cows. A thankless and completely nasty ass job, but a job that needs to be done. On one hand you have the blatantly false reviews that are submitted daily, then the reviews written by someone straight from a fourth grade english class and the balance of reviews. Somewhere in all of that mess these folks have to hunt through the bull shit and decide who is right and honest, versus someone who is full of shit.
Then, if and when a review is posted and the providor is unsatisfied with the review for whatever reason, the review gets challenged and rereviewed again.
This whole process is at best imperfect. Prior to becoming a Mod I had many reviews refused and I would scream in anger and curse the TER staff for their short wrong doings. At the end of the day we try and do what is correct. We try to submit a review that is accurate, descriptive enough and a solid reflection of our experience with the particular providor, ood bad or excellent.
My advice for anyone here is if you believe you have done just that, send a PM to the Admins or use the Contact Us button and explain to them in your calmest manner, just how frustrated you are. The TER staff wants and works very hard to make sure that this site is the premier site for hobbyist. I don't get paid a dime so I can and always do tell the truth. Tell them what you think, they read these forums daily and they want the memebers to be happy.
Try it, if I am wrong and nothing happens, come back and post something on this board and tell me I am wrong publicly. If everyone were to sit quietly and just take the bull shit instead of fighting back this site will fall apart for a lack of interest. Not submitting reviews because you had one or two not posted is foolish in my opinion. I wish I could still write reviews, they are an excellent source of information sharing between all of us.
Sadly, I must live vicariously through all of your reviews. LOL

Are you saying that a provider has a say-so in the review process?
Bean,
I think he is just referring to the fact that many providers challenge unflattering reviews and those are looked at again by Admin. He said this takes place after a review is initially published.
I can just imagine the number of bullshit, fake reviews that are submitted now that guys have to be VIP to read anything of consequence on a review.
but they too can bitch and bitch if they feel the review is fake and or wrong.
. . . I mean, come on.
One of the purposes of a review is to encourage VIP membership. TER wanats the "juicy details" to be entertaining. I have never had a problem getting my reviews published, but nevertheless have started writing them wiht more details, more storytelling/narrative, and with a bit more graphic content. Whether these are more quickly approved than the older reviews I wrote that were relatively bland, I don't know.
I see obviously bogus reviews that HAVE been approved. And reviews that barely made it to one paragraph from a guy with one review and where the girl has emailed me complaining that his review is fake and TER refuses to take it down even though she has notified them multiple times. So here we have an obviously trustworthy long-time hobbyist getting the run around while BS reviews get approved. Whomever's making these decisions isn't doing a very good job. They can't look at how many quality reviews a hobbyist has posted? It takes a long time to build a good rep around here and even after you have a good rep, they still stick it to you?
Wrigs is justified in being angry so please don't comment about his bad attitude. To those of us writing reviews, TER's decisions can seem completely arbitrary and even downright stupid at times. And why don't the approvers provide some REAL feedback on what needs to be improved rather than pushing some generic reply button?
After 2 still remain unapproved, I'm done even trying to write any. What's the point?
I feel your pain. I do not review that often, but when I do it is to help fellow hobbyist, good or bad I try to be legit from my experience. Too much trouble when review does not agree with the norm. That is why we review so we can compare not see only the great ones. Sorry, Im rambling on and on ........
I know your fustration. I have posted 3 reviews in the last 2 months and all of them keep coming back with (I want more detail). As much as I want to contribute to the community, I am now discouraged and will not post any more reviews.
It's just bad business going on right now. Bad business.
