Although what I had in mind is less of hotel more like regular spa experience

There is a place in NYC which is a regular Spa but allow couple to book a private suite with massage tables and jacuzzi.  Treatments are optional with 2h booking.

So wondering if there is similar spa in Chicago, but thank you for these suggestions!!

Spa Space has a couples massage.  They have top massage therapists.  No happy endings here, but awesome massages (and couples massage).
