I've long wondered about the term "going the extra mile" and what it means to most of us.  To me, going the extra mile is, at the very least, beginning the BJ bareback, even if they use a condom later.  I know safe sex is important and all about how disease is transmitted, but don't all of these young ladies offer you their bodies and have protected sex?  If so, isn't "going the extra mile" more like bareback, or at least fantasy fulfillment?

I read so many reviews where the sex sounds so common as to be rehearsed (covered bj, mish, CG, doggie, squirt).  If you're spending $$$ for someone's time as a sex worker, shouldn't they, within limits, do the best job they can?
