Although I do prefer at least 24 hours advanced notice for an engagement, I understand that time and scheduling are unpredictable. Same day appointments are available on Wednesday only, given that proper screening has been provided.

In order to see me, you must be able to provide two provider referrals (contact information helps), or be verified through rs2k, date-check, or p411. Screening is an absolute must if we haven't met before.
