Recently I received an email from a gentleman named david wanting to schedule a 2 hr appt. Naturally I was thrilled to see someone new and have some fun. Unfortunately no fun was had!
He not only dissed my email when I attempted to confirm our appt but he never bothered to provide and explanation.
This is ridiculous. I have a life, things to do an HATE having my time wasted!!!!!!!!! As I am sure WE all do!
Please be aware of the following individual [email protected] [edited by moderator] He comes off as a wine and diner but is definately a wolf in sheeps clothing in my book. I understand things come up but consideration saves everybody ALOT of time and keeps reputations intact.
I am not usually on this board but I was just checking the action here since I will be visiting soon...
Unfortunatley this is all part of our "job" to put up with guys like him, I'm sorry that happened to you, but if you plan on doing this long term, this is something you need to look fwd to with newbies. Then after you meet trust them later... Basically, "Don't count your chickens until they are hatched"
I'm sure alot of the guys feel the same thing about us providers too, however that is why they are here (to do their homework). Screening the Gentlemen is part of our Homework.
I'm also sorry that you had a cancellation, but do you really think posting this man's name and email address(it made it on another board before it was removed) is the right thing to do? What do you mean he "dissed" your email? Did he threaten or insult you? Maybe he didn't have time to explain or maybe it was just none of your business why. If you had to cancel on a hobbyist and he didn't feel you treated him right, would it be all right for him to post your incall address and tell people to stay away? (no it wouldn't be right)
You're right, consideration is a time saver, but it goes both ways. Unfortunately you had a 2 hour appointment cancel and it you lost the fee. However, you have shown that you'll quickly post information about a client if you feel you aren't treated right. How many men are going to set-up an appointment with you knowing that?
A business that relies on appointments is going to have these types of problems and you may want to learn how to deal with them a little better.
In my opinion ....Yes it happens but to have posted any info on him was extremely unprofessional of you ....This should never be done no matter the circumstances ...at best if you wish other providers to have his info you should ask them to e-mail you with a request for his info....NEVER GIVE INFO YOU HAVE BEEN ENTRUSTED WITH TO THE PUBLIC FOR ANY REASON...
unfortunatly, that it does but it does. No call, no shows aren't terribly comman but they are part of what we have to deal with. As well as those who email rather then calling to cancel(which we may not even see till after/later). Side effect of the biz that isn't so good, however much out weighted by those who are respectful keep us around. I love what I do and most of the people I get to meet.
Have fun and play really hard, I need a hard one baby...hehe
I have also thought about setting up an appt with this provider but never did because I could sense the attitude just from her response emails. Vengefully posting this guy's email seals the deal. I won't be seeing this provider.
Sorry you feel that way. I am not sure who you are BUT if I came off as having an attitude it may have been due to the fact that I prefer to have people contact me directly after they see my website instead of answering an email requesting further information.
I have had alot of people asking questions which they can find answers to on my homepage. As far as hardcases' remarks they are entitled to it.I am a decent provider, person and friend so I know who has my back.
I spend a lot of time on aol getting ims and no appts, hence the creation of a website.
I think this business is pretty straight foreward. You either are interested in seeing someone or you arent. I have seen quite a few people and my return rate is over 50%. My reviews speak for themselves.
I was not happy by this persons behaviour and my intention was to spare other providers fom having ther time wasted. Sorry if I came off as harsh but I had had a couple timewasters last week and also wasnt in good spirits personally (in other words I probably should have taken a week off and regrouped)
My apologies to anyone who was offended.I wasnt trying to so that
