That almost every provider is a little bit of a narcissistic ham and I know I, personally, get a warm and fuzzy feeling inside when someone makes it public that what isI'm doing is approved of and then some.  Accolades lead to more business and possible new friends or a reminder of pleasant past playdates with hobbyists who haven't seen a certain provider in awhile.

This is the part of the thread where everyone shouts out how I'm Chicago's Irish/Argentine sweetheart cuz I'm gonna be mad if nobody does it  I'm kidding, I'm not entirely that vain (yet)...

In this regard, it's not really any different than private email correspondence. If an individual starts making lewd comments/inquiries over email, most ladies terminate the correspondence. Similarly, I prefer (and I think a lot of ladies prefer) to not be associated with/openly recommended to lewd requests.  

There's a world of difference between:
"I'm looking for a fantastic companion for my upcoming trip. I prefer (redheads, blondes, a witty chick who can keep my on my toes, whatever)"  
and
"I'm looking for a hot date tonight/whenever. I prefer (insert body type/age) and (insert lewd requests masquerading as a euphemistic alphabetic menagerie)."
