You need nice long skinny fingers that get to the right spot. Then u need to be able to work that "spot" just right.  Sometimes a good toy helps too. You work that spot really nice and slow with a bit of build sometimes pulling back then going back to rhythm. And before you know it you explode and you feel amazing!
