Having tried to schedule with Lucia in the past and was told by Sandra in August 2011 that Lucia was going on vacation I am inclined to believe that for whatever the reason she has not worked with Sandra since. Thus the reason for the disclaimer. Sandra was kind enough to arraign for me to meet with Elizabetta instead after a couple of attempts to schedule with Lucia didn't work out. I think there was a reliability issue.
