It's all about rhythm. Easiest way to explain it is like when you're on the treadmill doing some cardio. There's a comfortable speed you find. Your heart is beating consistently at a certain speed and you are likely breathing to a certain rhythm with your strides. It takes practice, but don't get discouraged it becomes easy to actually control your blood flow which will allow you to control your excitement. Pretty soon, just like on the treadmill, you've been running for awhile not even thinking about how long it's been. Then when you do change positions, it will be to feel different sensations not to delay ejected.
