I've been to all the places you've listed, and consider a few of them favorites. I'm incredibly adventurous and well-versed in Chicago's culinary and drinking scene if that's what you're looking for. I will also be in town during the dates you've got listed as well. I'm also newbie-friendly, since that seems important as well.
that being said... What kind of lady are you looking for? I mean, size, shape, height? Give us at least a little something to work with. It would be incredibly helpful. Either way, I hope you find someone to enjoy your time with!
