Please don't invite me on LinkedIn

A second provider has now invited me on LinkedIn.  It's nothing personal but I don't really want all my business contacts to see escorts in my contact list.  I don't know how they got this email since it is not my hobbying one although it is the same email provider.

Come on ladies, it's bad enough on Facebook but leave our professional career profiles alone. Use some common sense.

she may have used your real name  look up... So if your name is one of a kind or 5 people has your name and she see your face ...

thats how she found you

Just don't add her and send a e-mail telling her your not happy with add on linked.

No, these two women didn't know my real name which is very common anyway.  I think LinkedIn is somehow able to connect my hobbying email to my regular email which is the LinkedIn email and offer me to them as someone they might know.

It's against LinkedIn's policy for sex workers to have LinkedIn accounts, but I'm sure many still do.  I think it was last year when a legal Nevada brothel worker was banned from LinkedIn for having an account, even though her career is legal.  Shortly after that incident, LinkedIn modified their policy,  banning all sex workers.

They think sex work is not work. I agree it's more fun

I've never had a provider account hack me, but have had HUNDREDS of client profiles from facebook, twitter, and now even Linkedin. If you are too stupid to clear out your contact list, don't join those sites!

are Linkedin accounts and hobby accounts getting crossed with each other? Something's not right, if you keep your hobby and professional lives separate, those two should never cross. Mine haven't.

Maybe it is an AOL thing, but I definitely have noticed people who only know me from one of my AOL accounts and who don't know my full name looking at my LinkedIn profile which ties to another of my AOL accounts.  Maybe all the AOL screen names are being lumped together as one account.

I have guys who have my hooker account in their real contact list, and they join Linkedin, facebook, etc. and I get "John John would like to invite you into his personal circle." I always reply with, "Tell John John he is a fkin idiot, and I have no clue who he is" lol.

Contact lists should never be mixed. You never know what FB and other social networking sites are scouring with their cookie drops.
